- Ads are affixed to backlit panels, usually two per kiosk.

Advantages
- Very visible; positioned at close proximity to pedestrians and shoppers for eye-level viewing.
- Given placement within the flow of urban pedestrian traffic, can be effectively used to steer consumers to specific locations.
- Provide advertising where other opportunities to communicate with consumers may be limited.
