Street Kiosks

The Facts

  • Free-standing units, typically used to dispense information.
  • Can also be phone booths or public art / information columns.
  • Ads are affixed to backlit panels, usually two per kiosk.
  • Used primarily to reach pedestrians and vehicular traffic in the densely-populated city center.

Advantages

  • Very visible; positioned at close proximity to pedestrians and shoppers for eye-level viewing.
  • Given placement within the flow of urban pedestrian traffic, can be effectively used to steer consumers to specific locations.
  • Provide advertising where other opportunities to communicate with consumers may be limited.
